I am a full time mom and was looking for something to do online while I am home with the kids. Typewhizz seemed to be the perfect option. However it was not what I expected. I sent an email to unsubscribe and requested a refund, which I received an email back stating the refund would reflect between 7-14 business days because i do qualify for a refund. They then sent an email and requested my order number and some more details which I have sent. Yet I have still not received any refund and when I send them emails they just do not respond! Customer service is pathetic! It has been more than 14 business days and I have not even received a response from this company! They just took my money and now they don’t care! The fact that there is no response says a lot!
