I completed an offer for them on a platform and never received my rewards. When I opened a ticket, they denied it and wouldn't give me my credit, despite acknowledging my completion. The game developers confirmed my achievement as well. After sending multiple emails, they still ignore me and won't credit me for the offer, which still has 32 days left. Do not trust them.
