Would rate zero stars if I could.
I ordered tyres before Christmas. I provided my correct address as confirmed by my confirmation email. Tyre leader didn't provide the correct address to DPD who then delivered the tyres to the wrong house.
Tyre leader were extremely unhelpful and lied to me. They told me that DPD confirmed that they sent it to my house, however, I contacted DPD who confirmed they were provided with the incorrect address. I sent this information to tyre leader who stated there was nothing they could do and that my case was closed.
Luckily I was able to request a charge back with Revolut which was successful after waiting over 3 months since tyre leader tried to dispute the case.
Shady business practices and would avoid at all costs. There are other similar companies who won't try to scam their customers.
