The coach was spotless and extremely well resourced, with sick buckets, bins and hand sanitiser all readily available, which gave staff real peace of mind.Franklin was so kind and patient with both staff and children. He engaged beautifully with the children, asking them to look out for signs to the zoo and making the journey feel exciting and inclusive for them. His calm, friendly manner made everyone feel comfortable and safe.On such a cold day, it was incredibly thoughtful of him to even offer to get the staff hot drinks, a gesture that really went above and beyond.Franklin is a wonderful asset to your company and truly made our trip even more special.
