Even though the website looks outstanding and the prices are competitive the sales experience and customer service is awful. On the website it clearly says the Tyres are in stock and estimate delivery date is 2-4 days. I first received notification that it is not shipped due to missed payment even though the payment was done and visible on my account. Then i was told that is x days plus y days because tyres are shipped from Europe. When i said i will write an official complaint about misleading information the person just hang out on chat! Impossible to talk to anyone on the phone either.
