4 X Tyres were ordered and shipped to Rapid Tune Virginia, this process went relatively smoothly except for the fitters not putting in new valve stem which resulted in a slow leak, meaning I had to return within days of the fitting (2 hours wasted)I recently noticed a bulge in one of the tyres (tyres are 8-9 weeks old) so I contacted Tyroola asking if this was cover as a manufacturing fault? After filling out the form buying a steel ruler and measuring the tread depth, taking numerous pictures and submitting, I was blankly told this is impact damage, which it is not....thus is partly my fault for buying cheap tyres but if they are not fit for purpose (ie: driving on roads) they shouldn't be sold. The company pro rata's the tread wear so only partially refunds the tyre and ignores the fitting and balancing cost completely.I have purchased many sets of tyres in my life and this is easily the worst experience I have ever had with a 'tyre' retailer. In future I will revert to purchasing from a reputable tyre shop....lesson learnt 😬
