The tyres replacement is done on 4/9/24.However, I found the tyres is made by 2022. Photo attached. It mean it is almost 2 years old. I am very disappointed tyroola sold 2 years old tyres as new tyres. We all know old tires will affect the use experience and service life.Also, carline automotive only changed tyres but didn't provide 4 wheel alignment service. The man in the shop told me I need to change control arm Bush part. They will provide me the quote for change the parts and do wheel alignment after parts changed.Base on bad experience, I request compensate for you sold 2 years old tyres as brand new tyres to me. Also, please refund the 4 wheel alignment charge $79 ASAP as they didn't provide the service.
