The new location is excellent and easy to access. I took my machine in for a problem I caused. The staff were brilliant, and the machine received a full service. The issue was resolved, and I learned how to program my machine, all within four working days. Overall, fantastic service and friendly staff. There’s a dedicated showroom for domestic sewing machines, which is fabulous. I have bought multiple machines over the years, and they are all performing well.
