Let's say that you wade through tons of letters and photos, and finally find a real prospect. You want to meet and the lady is agreeable. But how about full and free communication beforehand to iron out the final details of travel? They provide one expensive method - send an overpriced gift to which you can attach your personal contact information. The cheapest gift is a massage certificate that will cost you $120-150 (all the other gifts are much higher)! This is on top of all the messages and letters you have already paid for. I ordered a gift on Thursday, and it has still not been delivered on Monday even when I requested expedited service since the lady is ready to fly soon. When I point out that the actual gift certificate is not important, and ask them to email or call the lady with my information, they seem unwilling or unable to separate the information which could come the same day electronically, and the physical certificate which could be delayed for any number of reasons. Unacceptable - they have my money, and I have nothing 4 days later!
