First I had to wait 3 weeks for the sofa to be delivered. After repeatedly corresponding with Karnak, it eventually came. The sofa was assembled, it didn't work and started falling apart. Repeatedly in contact with Karnak again, they PROMISED a replacement but then they came to "fix" the sofa and caused more damage to it. Again reported to Karnak and they promised a brand new sofa after removing it. Another month went by and still no new sofa. Eventually they came with the exact same sofa as what I had with the same damage after I was promised a brand new one. Again reported this and the sofa was taken. Another month went by and full of excuses why I still didn't receive the new sofa. When requested a refund, Karnak wanted more time. Lies upon lies from Karnak. Don't even use them.
