I almost lost faith in this firm and realized that there is no point of putting any inquiry. it's just a waste of time. Here, I just want to ask the other customers/victims. In the past fews weeks I have been told by the customer services that they started refunding those who had >20K transactions and every few days they are clearing lists of 100s of customers. That made me really happy. However, today I contacted my local branch but was told they are yet to start refunding transactions > 20K ! which made me really sad ! Dear other victims, could you advise on the same ? do you know of any one who got his >20 K money refunded ?
