Mine was birthday flowers. That was delivered only at 5.00pm. I cannot understand how such an importnat delivery for a birthday was done only at 5.00pm. There has to be sensitivity for the customer orders and the reasons for such orders. These are personal gifts and close to heart. Those cannot be handled as just another delivery. I found UAE Flowers has no feelings for customers. I am in Germany and I called them, and the guy answered was heartless. I will never use your company with such attitude and a company that has no heart and feelings for customers! Quite unprofessional!You guys are now making it even more ridiculous! There was no need to send us another bouquet of flowers with a pre-printed apology. This shows the in-sensitivity further more. I ordered the flowers from Germany for my wife's birthday and I expected that to be delivered in the morning. Delivering the flowers at 5.00 pm was of no use at all. Even the flowers were faded and was of poor quality. We do not need another free bouquet of flowers to justify your in-sensitivity and failures. That does not help the damage and the hurt you guys sent us through. If you guys are genuine and wanted to be apologitic, then I would have expected someone with responsibility at yours to talk to us. That could have been a better option and the least you could have done. That did not happen either. Flowers are close to heart and personal, and means a lot. I am sure you guys know that well. However, for you guys it was just another delivery and have no feelings at all and delivering an importnat bouquet of flowers at such late time was normal. That is exactly the answer I got when I called your shop. The guy was heartless! If you do not understand the customers, then you should not be in such business.Furthermore, I understand that your people are sending whattsapp messages to my wife asking her to remove this post. I cannot understand how you guys can go to such levels. I am reporting a genuine situation where your services came at such poor level. As a customer I have the right to share my experience. I got your request to send a review and I am expressing my genuine experience. You cannot ask the customer to remove the posting when it does not suit you. Without addressing the deep routed issues at yours, asking the customer to remove the customer review does not argue well for your business. We will not remove this review. This is exactly what happened! Customer reviews of this type should be encouraged to make you better and not pressure the customers to remove the reviews. I cannot say anything further other than to say how dissapointed we are with everything including the attitude of you guys!
