I wish I had discovered this on a review site sooner—the name didn't quite match. They are now operating under a new domain. They took my payment for processing a visa for my nanny, but then they started asking for additional ID, claiming there was a fraud alert on the transaction. When I asked for a cancellation, they said it was too late as the application was submitted. The visa from another company arrived within a day, while they continued to request payment again. I sent proof of my initial payment and haven’t heard back since.
