I am very disappointed with the service provided for my Pakistan Tourist Visa application.
I applied from Dubai for myself and my 10-year-old daughter (both European passport holders). I made a minor mistake in the application by entering my country of origin as the place of stay and immediately contacted the company to correct it. Unfortunately, despite two weeks of repeated emails and phone calls, the issue remains unresolved.
Each response comes from a different agent who does not review the full email history, resulting in repetitive communication and no clear resolution. There appears to be a lack of coordination and case ownership.
For a paid visa assistance service, I expected professional support and timely handling of such matters. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience.
