I applied for a transit visa with the first message " My flight is in less than 36 hours Can I still apply? " I was assured that I will get a visa and I was told to select 7-8 hours service for fast service. 7-8 hours service is very expensive as I only needed 96 hours transit visa. I paid $440 USD only because the person on the other end told me it will be fast service because I didn't have any time.As soon as it was 8 hours I didn't receive any mail from them and I messaged them on Whatsapp saying is everything alright I haven't received my visa yet. Again, they told me to wait some time and I will get the visa. I thought it might take a few more hours than 8 hours to get my visa so I waited a few hours. I messaged them again after a few hours because my flight was about to commence they didn't respond to me, they ignored my message, and a few hours before my flight I was so stressed I messaged them and they told me " Friday half-day, Saturday Sunday are immigration holiday" "its delaying due to weekend"I wanted to know why they didn't aware me of delays during the weekends when I messaged them earlier saying I have a flight in less than 36 hours. They had my ticket details and yet they told me to select 7-8 hours service and made me pay $440 USD. If only they have told me it is half-day on Friday and Visa is delayed during weekends I could have rescheduled my flight.I missed my flight because I wasn't allowed to go inside by immigration without a visa. I lost $2000 for my flight and $440 for the visa which even if it gets issued will no longer be helpful to me.
