Took the ride home in the taxi everything fine,got the invoice £4.34 everything good.25 minutes later i get a notification saying i had tipped the driver £5.how they did this i dont know.does anyone know???Phoned customer service to be told theres nothing i can do.I have had 100s of trips and this is the 2nd time the driver as been able to tip himself with my money.100% i didnt tip him,and certainly wont tip more than the fare.Account being closed if they dont sort it.
