If I could give 0 stars I would.Horrible support team that doesn’t do anything to resolve a customer’s problem and only keeps redirecting to a Live Chat on their website that doesn’t work, just bugs and kicks you out, making you lose your enquiry. Not to mention, they are the absolute worst and hardest team to reach out to! They tell you standard empty phrases via email without solving any issues, Live Chat doesn’t work properly and they only have a Turkish phone number they always ask to call them on. And if they reach out to you, they will only send an email in Turkish! Not even including an English translation, not even in the subject of the letter. As if we all speak Turkish! Horrible company. Not returning my money after cancelling the flight. And the airline company can’t do anything because the purchase was made through ubfly.
