The I Bell does not come with clamp.Video shows it with clamp.It needs clamp to work.When I contact customer service their reply was just to tell me it does not come with the clamp.No resolutionI emailed again, FB message and posted comments on FB.No reply for over a day.Then I said I was going to BBB and they agreed to refund me.Not having a clamp was bad.Customer service dropping the ball and basically ignoring the problem was worse.
