Terrible experience. Booked a car that showed as available 10–15 minutes away. Walked there, tried to unlock it, and it wouldn’t open because the previous renter had taken the keys. Yet the car was still marked as “available” in the app.Support just said the previous user would be fined — no solution, no compensation, nothing for the time I wasted. Completely unreliable service. Not recommended.
