The experience has been very disappointing since the pay-per-view switched to the new platform. We pay for each event, yet the service constantly glitches. It's frustrating, and I wish they would revert to the previous pay-per-view system. This current setup feels like a downgrade, and it's disappointing to see how things have changed.

The layout of the menu is terrible, with important features almost hidden. It's frustrating trying to navigate through older series, and the app feels cheap for a billion-dollar organization. As someone who works with app developers, I find the user experience unacceptable.
I haven't watched UFC in over six months and didn’t realize my yearly subscription was still active. When I contacted customer support, they refused to refund me, even though my account hadn’t been used. Extremely disappointing service; I recommend looking elsewhere for MMA content.
