Tried filing a return for the first time and it turned into the worst online experience I can ever recall. Absolutely NOT user friendly with confusing and incomplete instructions for completing a simple return that would take me 1 hour tops to fill out a paper return. I gave up after 3 hours and deleted my account. The only reason I tried UFile was file it before year end with only 3 days remaining.
