Hire customer service representatives who give absolute disdain and could not be bothered attitudes.I tried to sign up went through all the pages of info and then ended up with an error code saying it was unavailable. Except for the fact that now I am "magically" on their mailing list. So I replied to their help desk and said hey I tried to sign up and it didn't work but I'm getting emails from you, so obviously your system has my email. this is the exact reply:"There is no problem with our website, please log in using another web browser.Regards,YanOn behalf of the UFile Team"
