I contacted UFile with a very clear description of their software problem. I file a joint return with my spouse. A tab "Download the Notice of Assessment" was available for my return, which provides a link to obtain your Notice of Assessment after NetFiling. This entire tab was not provided with my spouses return. Over several emails, I detailed the problem, provided screenshots, and the evidence that the tab was to be available. Help desk response from JADE who was supported by her supervisor, was that I had to call CRA. They said the tax return was under review, although the tax refund was issued. I was finally able to obtain the NoA from CRA. When your customer service answer is to direct to CRA for your software errors, that is pathetic.
