This program is a mess and definitively not user friendly.On top of that there is no customer support to speak of.It's used to be a time where this program was simple to use. Not anymore. By adding all kinds of complexities, they made it usable only for masochistic personalities.It's a shame and our governments are complicit in this rip-off.One can try Turbo Tax, but it is not much better.
