Terrible. I have been using online UFile since 2001, but the issues I am listing keep happening and no one ever cares to do anything about it.Errors out at paying, too many times. Does not load up last years client profile and carry forward data, too many times.Is slow, and during tax deadline is literally unresponsiveOften doesn't record data entered unless you hit "next"It's a total shame because it's otherwise a terrific and user friendly program, that maxes tax refunds well. Yet these issues hamper functionality and I am seriously considering switching away.
