Premium service is not worth the extra money!I used the chat function within the software. It sucks. Five times, chat window either disappears or no response. One time, an agent copied what's in the help and pasted it. then closed the chat!Same for the phone number. Days I'm trying to call you. Just spent hours waiting! The last day finally someone answered me and asked me to fill a request form. I did 10 time and every time I get the message "Oops, something appears to have gone wrong"
