I placed an order in December and when nothing was delivered I contacted them and have been getting a run around by customer service who not only has been refusing to refund my money back but they also lied to me multiple times saying that if I ordered something from them again they would send me two free packs of hair to replace the two packs I already paid for and never received but they also said that I would have free shipping no matter how much the new order was going to cost and stupidly I actually believed them after lots of emails back and forth and multiple reassurances and promises from the customer service people... I ordered again only after they said that I could choose which 2 packs from their clearance items I was supposed to receive and We agreed which ones I was supposed to get. Then after spending even more money they said that I was supposed to go ahead and order it and then they were supposed to repay me for the shipping( lies ) and right afterwards they started saying that they couldn’t offer me free shipping due to my location which they had known the entire time and then they started saying they were sending me 2 random packs of hair instead of what we had picked out! So to confirm that I went on the site and checked to see if the one was sold out because they had previously told me that they couldn’t send me two of that kind because they only had one left so I had to get a different kind to go with the one I wanted, and when I checked they weren’t sold out! So I had spent my birthday emailing back and forth again with them only to have them constantly lie about everything that they had already said and promised me and so now I’m out even more money then before and it looks like I’m still not getting what I wanted and have paid for TWICE!! And now they just ignore me when I show them their own messages and the promises that they made and they refuse to send me back my money for the first order that they now say they can’t send me because of the price they can’t give it away for free!(even though I’ve already paid for it so it’s not free it’s exactly the same price as the order that I paid for and never got) they are nothing but scammers and I wish I would’ve done more research and never ordered from them the first time or at least I wish I would’ve listened to my gut and I wish I didn’t fall for their lies a second time because I didn’t need to lose over $200 when all I wanted was hair to wear on my wedding day( I had lost most of my hair a year ago from an attack by an abusive ex so I really needed that order to try to feel pretty on my big day!😢😔🤬 ) and now I can’t afford to try and get more and risk getting ripped off again!!!! This is the only time I will ever get married and they have ruined something and made it so I don’t know how to handle it I’m devastated and shocked that people can be so evil and how a company that seems so popular can so easily rip people off and get away with it! It’s not right and they should be shut down!!
