Extremely poor customer service. They do not answer calls; an automated message just redirects you to the website. Emails go unanswered, and the advertised chat function is nonexistent. I ordered two pairs of boots (one for my daughter's birthday this Sunday). Payment was taken weeks ago, and I received a notice from the postal service to pay a customs fee. I've paid it, but now they can't find my parcel without a tracking number, which I never received.
