Purchased for my daughter for her bday and she loves them. Fitted perfectly and warm. What we didn't like was placing each slipper into a plastic bag when both would have fitted into one. And to be honnest, we would rather have had paper or nothing. We DO NOT NEED THIS PLASTIC!!! All communication was good. I did get false emails though from a similar company saying goods were on their way etc. Luckily I'm up with the play and didn't respond to any of these.
