Delivery was perfectly on time. Mounting of the wristwatch band using the tool ordered parallely worked well. Unfortunately, three gluing sites of the wristwatch band fell apart on the first time I tried to put it on. I had to re-glue these sites and secure them by sewing across the band before I could use it. Optical impression now is less than optimal but still works. However, I expected a product that is ready to use, rather than an assembly kit. I pondered returning it, but decided to accept this challenge which I still consider overly expensive...The customer support responded quickly to my Trustpilot entry and sent a replacement product upon my provision of pictures of the product's defects. Unfortunately, when I unpacked the replacement wristwatch band, an identical component fell off that - again - was not glued
