I made two orders on watches (I though) but realized it was only the wrist straps so I cancelled both. That part went well.Getting the right amount money back was a totally different story.The first order I received the money the same day, but for some reason they didn’t pay back the shipping fee, even though they didn’t ship it to me.I made a case in paypal and ended up escalating to paypal and getting the full refund.The second order, I didn’t get any money within 30 days. Wrote the uhrenbandshop through PayPal, ended up getting the refund (their offer) but still was missing 0,40 euro. 0,40 euro - really???! Why Is it so hard to pay back the entire amount?I ended up accepting it and made this review because I didn’t want to bother with it anymore.I am glad I ordered through PayPal, because honestly, I don’t think I would have gotten my money back.
