This has been one of the most unnecessarily frustrating shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time. After taking payment, the shop could not give a clear dispatch date, only copy-paste replies about being “busy.” When I opened a standard PayPal case to protect my money, my order was cancelled and I was told I’d been refunded… except part of that refund sat in “pending” limbo for days.I finally received the money back, but only after repeated follow-ups.Busy season is not the issue. The issue is basic customer service: clear timelines, accurate information, and taking responsibility instead of implying the customer is the problem. Not impressed, and won’t be ordering again.
