My experience has been overwhelmingly negative. My order arrived in two parcels; the first with the printer showed up on time but was left visible outside, risking theft. Thankfully, a neighbor helped. The second parcel was an empty, previously opened box. After numerous emails, customer service shifted the investigative responsibility to me, which is against consumer rights. They refuse to replace the missing part or issue a refund. I'm contemplating returning the printer as this experience indicates a lack of support for customers.
