I have used anycubic for years the reason why is because of the fantastic build quality of the printers they release. There have been times where I have had to repair my printers and the anycubic aftercare team have always been there to help me. They respond very fast to any queries I have and help anyway they can. It’s always a pleasure to chat to Jaylen at anycubic and he definitely has the know the knowledge to help with any issues from experience not like some company’s where they just read from a screen. I always say that you judge a brand by its aftercare and anycubic get 10 out of 10 in my opinion.
