The purchasing of the Kobra 2 Neo was hastle free. It was well packaged, went together easy. I was printing a Benchy in about an hour. It's my first printer.I had an issue with the prints not sticking to the bed but a quick check with a thermometer showed that I needed to raise the bed temp to 65 degrees on the display to get a bed temp of 60. Since then, no issues with print adhision.I have an issue with a noisy fan, a quick email and within 2 days a new fan is on its way to me, really quick support. Over all very good service.
