Appalling service! The sheer scale of negative reviews on this website and others gives testimony to their incompetence. My letter was dispatched from Pondicherry (India) on the 7th of December 2023. After countless delays, it has been held up in Hub 5 Hinckley (UK)for over two and half weeks - since 16th December 2023. It is now the 2nd of January 2024. I have repeatedly called their customer service and received unacceptable, lame, and lazy excuses. In addition, I’ve sent numerous emails, but to no avail. As a result of their incompetence, I have lost a significant amount of money as the letter is an authorisation for an Indian visa. I will, therefore, not be able to travel to Chennai now, and I have already purchased a non-refundable flight ticket. Under no circumstance should you use this company. Not surprisingly, I cannot provide any recommendations/ feedback to the company on how they can improve their service. My only recommendation is that it cease all operations or merge with a competent company.
