Probably the worst courier service I've ever had the misfortune to to have a delivery sent to me by. Tracking shows nothing, customer support are clueless & unhelpful, I passed around from department to department without any help whatsoever, tickets get closed as soon as you open one without response or reply & emails go unanswered. They don't have a clue where my parcel is. Do not even contemplate using this pathetic excuse of a courier - EVER.
