When issues arise, Elis don’t try to resolve them fairly. Instead, they act as judge, jury, and executioner, slapping you with surcharges rather than working with you.The contradiction is staggering: they say it’s impossible to check everything they send out, yet claim they can 100% identify every single item you return and insist that every piece is checked. If that were true, why did they try to charge us last month for another hotel’s laundry misusage? Clearly their system isn’t as flawless as they claim.Overall, the service is poor, the support is non-existent, and the customer is always the one who pays.Oh well, not much a little hotel can do.
