UPDATE ON THE BELOWJackery went above and beyond to help me with my problem below. Was upset with the inconvenience, but the way they sorted it out. Was 5 star I’m a first-time Jackery buyer and the Explorer 300 Plus experience has been a disaster. Nothing is clearly explained about what’s in the box or which adapters you actually need. The 300 Plus comes with a DC7909 adapter that doesn’t even work with it (that’s for older models only) — so it’s completely useless. What I actually needed was the DC8020 to USB-C adapter, which isn’t included. By the time I realised, it was too late to order before my holiday, leaving me with a power station and solar panel I can’t even connect. On top of that: • The solar panel no longer comes with a bag (so I had to buy one separately). • The car charger also isn’t included. So you end up spending even more money just to get the basics working. And every 300 Plus owner is left with a plastic adapter that goes straight in the bin — totally wasteful and against the whole “eco-friendly” image.Bottom line: misleading, money-grabbing, and very disappointing.
