Ordered a standard dress and paid extra for express delivery. Quality of dress was good BUT it arrived a week late, after the event I needed it for. Contacted them to arrange a return and have been fobbed off and had facts made up to avoid refunding me money which is due under their terms and conditions. They have ignored the email information I gave them and even faked the order confirmation to avoid the refund. I now have my Bank involved to attempt to get my refund. Millybridal makes out it has some kind of UK representation but everything is made and dealt with out of Hong Kong and China.AVOID dealing with these people
