I ordered a dress from Millie Bridal UK for my daughters prom. As she was in between sizes we opted for made to measure.I sent the sizes in and within 24hrs I received an email saying that one of the measurements appears to be wrong ( I'm double checked as thought I was correct) nope, I had sent the wrong size in. This was rectified and within 10 days I received the dress. My daughter put it straight on and it fitted like a glove. She looked stunning!The dress was well made and attention to detail was perfect. No loose threads at all. I cannot comment on return as I didn't need to use the service but as it was made to measure and not a generic size I didn't expect to be able to return it.Communication and after care was great making sure we were happy with the dress and seeing if it arrived on time.Thank you Mille Bridal for making my daughters prom one to remember! Would definitely recommend 5*
