Ordered a stock dress on the website, which wasn’t a made-to-order dress, just a standard one. It arrived and didn’t look good. We contacted MillyBridal within 7 days of the dress arriving. Didn’t hear anything back, for weeks. Finally they got back to us and said that they weren’t willing to accept a return on the dress - as it was made-to-order. Absolutely shocking service. Avoid at all costs- wished we had read the other peoples reviews. Disgusting customer service.
