Got a dress custom sized and when it arrived it was too small. I started a dispute as the website says you can if the measurements are faulty. I had to email them as the returns portal on the website doesn’t work and the customer service is appalling - instantly blaming the customer and sending images to “prove” the measurements were correct. The images of proof I received for hip size were taken a good 3-4 inches lower than where the dress actually sat on my hips (and this would of been true for the model as well). The quality is not worth the money and the fabric was fraying when I received the dress and looked unfinished. They try to worm their way out of any fault. I doubt I’ll receive my £112 back, even if I did I’d have to pay for return postage which as the company is NOT a UK company, return postage would likely be an additional £10. I’d give 0 stars if I could.
