Wasn’t an option to leave 0 stars! This is not a UK company. The dress ordered does not fit, they refuse to do a return, often referring to their returns policy that can not be accessed due to a server error!! (Convenient!). The dress is a standard size, not bespoke made and looked nothing like the photos on the website either! Customer service is shocking! Would not recommend this company at all, I am taking this to trading standards!
