What arrived was a gold and black dress in a different style and cut! Not only that but the stitching is falling apart straight out of the bag.I tried to process a return through their website only to be denied due to a host error. Milly Bridal will not allow me to process a return or refund!! Nor have they communicated with me.I am now out of pocket and without a wedding dress. Don't worry Milly Bridal, My solicitors will be in touch with you very soon. You have violated the Consumer Rights Act 2015 along with the contract we created upon purchasing from you.
