Haven’t received my dress in the timeframe. When I check on track my order it says processing. In their terms and conditions it says that I am able to cancel there is no option to cancel. I have tried to also do a live chat they have no staff ever available. I have tried to send an email. It is rejected as Bad host and service error.There is literally no way to contact this company at all
