Absolutely lovely taste with water or with Milk. I took this with water and it was so nice. The pineapple and coconut flavour is such a yummy taste. BUT unfortunately for me I got really bad stomach pains and horrible stomach issues at night as I was taking it as a meal replacement. I later found out of you take to much protein at once it can cause stomach issue. This product unfortunately does not work for me. Everyone is different but for me, this was not good at all.
