My Remington hairdryer stopped working on a high speed and after contacting the retailer was given the option to get into contact with Remington as it was half way through it's 3 year warranty. After an initial phone call I received helpful emails on what to do next from Remington. In conclusion, after detailing the problem and sending photos of invoices and the hairdryer, I have just received a new one from them. I am very pleased with their customer service and happy with the results.
