Bought a women's cordless shaver just over a year ago. Used no more than 10 times. The springs fell out of the head and its now unusable. Contacted customer services, just ridiculous. Lots of questions, replied. Then told I can purchase foils, that wasn't the issue. I replied. Sorry we cant help. Replied. You can purchase the head, which is actually the foils. Complete waste of time. Poor customer service and poor product.
