I couldn't get my Remington hair straighteners to work as the on/off switch seemed to be stuck. They were still under guarantee so I decided to give Remington customer support a call which was answered straight away. They were so helpful and asked me to email a photo of my receipt and of the straighteners. The following day I got an email back saying although they didn't have the same model they would send me my choice up to the original RRP . Three days later they arrived. The customer care from beginning to end was second to none .I have bought Remington hair dryers and stylers before and they have lasted for years. I recommend the brand and it's reassuring to know that in the unlikely event of a problem Remington Support is there to help. Many thanks
